Very happy with this hot pot. good price. I have a Reverse Osmosis filter system so I just put the hose on the faucet and into the pot to fill it. It boils then goes to keep warm setting automatically and stays on constantly with no auto shut off, therefore we have hot water all the time. It's hot when we get up in the morning.

The pot worked great for the first four weeks. The water was piping hot. The next time I used it, the water was lukewarm after many hours. By the next morning, it was hot as it should be. The following weeks, I watched carefully to find out what was going on. The Boil indicator light went off into the Keep Warm mode after two minutes. It was only after pressing the Reboil button that the Boil indicator light lit up. However, after two minutes, it went to Keep Warm mode. So, I kept pressing the Reboil every time (this occurred close to a dozen times) Then, the water was as it should be.
I was able to get the manufacturer's telephone number and contacted them. A replacement thermostat was sent; instructions via telephone were given on how to install it. I just tested the hot pot, and it is working as it should (takes 30 minutes to boil then goes into Keep Warm mode).
Other than the above problem, the pot is great!
